At Common Era, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any promotional materials or dust bags that were provided.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 5-7 business days.
